MEET GEORGIE

Hi, I’m Georgie — founder, trainer, and mum of three. I’ve been coming to Barwon Heads since I was a kid visiting family, and for the past four years, it’s been home for my own family. This is where I wanted to create a space that brings together my passion for health, wellbeing, and community.

I grew up playing competitive hockey, hiking, and running – I even spent a couple of years pacing for Nike Run Club. Over time, I completed my yoga and meditation teacher training and became an accredited fitness trainer.

While my professional background has been in brand marketing and creative roles for wellness brands like Specsavers, Smiling Mind, and Happy Melon, I’ve also worked stints at Golden Door and Aro Ha – experiences that deepened my love for health and wellness.

Good Coast is my way of combining everything I’ve learned – training, wellbeing, coaching and community – to serve locals and help people feel strong for the life they love.

It’s balanced living, with purpose in everything we do, and a drive to pursue what matters. A life where wellbeing extends beyond the individual, and where we collectively nurture the community that nurtures us.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Good Coast, we believe training should support life, not take it over. Life on the Bellarine invites movement – surf sessions, morning swims, golf, running, sandcastle building, giving piggy back rides (whilst also pushing a pram and carrying a trike) and everything in between.

Our small-group strength and conditioning sessions are intentionally designed to complement your life, build resilience, and leave you feeling capable and energised. We focus on thoughtful programming, clear instruction, and consistent progress – not ego, chaos, or quick fixes.

We’re here to help you keep saying yes to the things that matter most, while building strength, mobility, and confidence along the way.
