CLASS TYPES

  • Full-body strength and conditioning to build muscle, boost capacity and develop strength that carries into everyday life and fitness goals.

  • Baby and toddler-friendly strength and conditioning with a focus on a safe, supported return to exercise postpartum.

Each session follows a structured, progressive program with built-in regressions and progressions – ensuring that everyone trains at the right level.

You’ll move through the session together, with individual instruction and adjustments as needed.

This is purposeful, progressive strength training delivered in a small, supportive group.

BOOKING & COMMITMENT

Classes are booked in advance. After your first session, you’ll select your preferred ongoing class type, day and time and commit to that recurring spot for the remainder of the term.

This approach creates consistency in your training, guarantees your place each week and builds a strong, cohesive group environment.

Life happens — and when it does, with enough notice we’ll do our best to move you into another session so you don’t miss out.

From Term 2 2026 onwards, bookings will run in
10 week blocks aligned with the Victorian school term, with upfront payment required to secure your place.
